These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yessle.com, our mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 1. About Yessle

To use Yessle, you must:

3. Account Creation and Management

• Sign-Up: You need a valid email address to create an account. Your email will be used for account creation, recovery, and, if you opt in, to send notifications. You can manage notification preferences or opt out at any time via your account settings.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@yessle.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the Platform’s settings. Upon deletion, all your data, including posts, comments, and profile information, will be permanently removed after email confirmation. Note that some data may remain in our backups for a limited period as required by law.

4. Content and Sharing

• Your Content: You may share original text, photos, videos, or links on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content but grant Yessle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform as necessary to provide our services.
• Visibility Settings: You can choose whether your posts are visible to everyone, only your friends, or privately to you. Profile pictures follow the same visibility options. You may edit or delete posts at any time.
• Content Guidelines:
  • Originality: Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Consent: For photos or videos featuring others, ensure you have their consent to share, where reasonably possible.
  • Prohibited Content: Do not share:
    • Content containing nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
    • Content that is harassing, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
    • Links to harmful websites, including those promoting pornography, violence, or illegal activities.
    • Content that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

8. Termination
